Bridal shower dress opinions

It's pretty but I think you could find something that is more flattering for sure. I hate when things look sooo different online in the pictures than they do in person..I order a LOT online so see that a ton.

Yeah, it's not unflattering. It's just kinda meh. That's why I hate buying clothes online. They never look as good as the picture lol.

If you’re not comfortable, definitely get another dress. Our opinions here can’t make you feel good in something when you just don’t.

It is a most unflattering dress for you on top. Something more structured on top, not off the shoulders, not scoop neck. Princess seaming would show off the curves of your upper body and waist, far better than chopping them up as this top and sleeve do. And a maxi or long hem, not uneven. You do not have a bad body, and you want something that makes the most of you, pretty for pictures. Don't worry about white, not needed, as much as a structured top. ( 5 of us tried on bridesmaid dresses with this off the shoulder and 1 strap look. 3, tall and waifish teen sisters of bride looked great. The two of us who are older, slender, but busty, looked terrible. The bride said " how can you look so appalling in pretty dresses?" We are both wearing the same fabric and color, in structured surplice tops with wide midriff bands, now, look great. )

I think it looks nice but don't keep it if you don't like it. Online shopping is kind of a hit or miss

It's a very pretty dress, but if, you are like me, and have a doubt it will continue to grow.
We are our own worst critics(thankfully) just try a few more dresses, you will definitely have no doubts when you find the one for you.

I would agree with the pp on don’t worry about white! I tried on some white dresses for pre wedding events and they all looked terrible on me! I did, however, like almost every wedding dress I tried on but they’re all ivory or champagne. I think most casual dresses are just too white

I agree if you don't feel comfortable in that dress keep looking and the color shouldn't matter.

I'm sorry, but I don't like how that slit looks for a bridal shower. Save that dress as a relaxing sundress on the honeymoon.

It is cute but I am not wow'd by it. I would keep it for a backup but i'd keep looking. Have you tried Ross. I went last weekend and found my bridal shower dress, a dress for my cousins bridal shower and her wedding, all for $45. I had 7 to try on and shockingly liked them all but chose my favorite 3. They have so many dresses right now!

I think it looks really pretty. However, the fact that you're asking our opinions means you're not sold on it. I bet you can find something else that you absolutely LOVE. And that's what you deserve to be wearing on your shower day. You should feel completely confident and not even second guess your outfit, so although I think you look great, I'd say keep looking

I think the dress is nice but I do think you could find something better. I hate how nice things look online and then they arrive and it just isn't at all how it looked lol I would keep hunting. I feel like when you find the dress you like you will know

Yeah something about those sleeves really shows off it's lack of quality construction. I think if the sleeves were up on your shoulders it would be super cute. But yeah, if you don't feel awesome in it, get something else.
