Bridal shower fun

I'm not having a bridal shower, but I threw one for my best friend. We did the guess the candies in the jar game, how well do you know the bride, the clothespin game (where you can't say bride, groom, wedding, whatever words you choose), and this one was my favorite but I don't recommend unless you're having a smaller gathering...I had everyone write a favorite memory with the bride and she had to guess the guest who wrote it. If she didn't guess you, you got a prize. But that one can take a long time if you have a lot of people (she only had about 20-25 people). Other games I've seen are find the hidden groom where there is a photo of the groom taped to the bottom of certain chairs and if you're sitting in one you win a prize, what's in your purse, and the bridal shower bingo, where you get a blank bingo card and fill it out with gifts you think the bride will get and if you get a bingo you get a prize. My FH's family loves games lol.

At mine we played an emoji game my sister found it had stuff like
👰‍♀️🚿 and the guests had to write bridal shower. She added one to describe how and when we got engaged to make it more personal which was fun!
Then we played a question game. She had asked my husband a bunch of questions before hand and then I had to answer them, about him (his favorite food, musician, when he knew I was the one, etc). The guests had to guess how many I’d get right. The funnies was she asked him something like if I was an animal what animal would I be or what animal would he use to describe me. He answered fire breathing dragon 🤣😳

Oh, also this is kind of fun, my cousin’s was Harry Potter themed so they did pin the lightning bolt on the groom. The my had a big blowup picture of the groom and you had to try and put the lightning bolt like Harry potters, lol.

We did an emoji guessing game at mine as well! My aunt threw the shower and she also had a board up with 10 pictures of me over the years. They were each labeled with a number 1-10. The guests had to guess how old I was in each picture. Once answers were revealed, the winner got to choose a prize!

I've been to a shower where they had pics of the bride and groom from childhood and you had to guess their age, make a dress out of toilet paper, candy guess in the jar, word scramble wedding related

I bought my games off Amazon that came with 4 different games. I also played the ring game.

The he or she game is fun because it lets you know the groom and bride a bit more

My best friend did a Jeopardy-style game for us! She had 6 categories each with 5 questions/answers ranging from really easy to really difficult. She split everyone into 2 teams (team bride and team groom), and even made a poster-board for it. It was a lot of fun and everyone was really into it!
