Bridal Shower Games

Jacqueline, on March 22, 2022 at 10:39 AM Posted in Parties and Events 2 9
Hello!! I was wondering what are some fun games to play at my bridal shower? I wanted games that are creative, entertaining, and can just have everyone joining in to participate. What games did you have at your bridal shower that everyone loved?? Please give me some ideas 🥰

People loved this ring toss game i had haha it was simple to do and everyone could do it.

i think the typical ones are like a he/she game where you learn more about the bride and groom.

You could do wedding trivia (either questions about the bride/groom or questions about weddings in general), a "guess the dress" game where people draw what they think your dress looks like, or a game where people divide into groups and create a dress out of toilet paper (or any other material) and the bride chooses the dress she likes best as the winning team, or people design their our bouquets out of miscellaneous materials, or you could do a wine tasting activity (maybe with a chocolate pairing?), or do a "wine and canvas" activity.

We played “How Well Do You Know the Bride?” (This or That), “Bride or Groom?,” “Bridal Word Scramble,” and “Bridal Shower Bingo” at mine. Guests were also asked to submit their best “Date Night Ideas.”

We have 3 games that we’re doing & we’re also raffling off 2 baskets.
    The games we’re doing are:
    1. He said, She said (this is fair for both sides of the family) 2. Pass the Poem 3. How many kisses? My bridesmaids each are making a basket that people will buy tickets for and then we will chose winning tickets. Personally both myself and my fiancé’s families are into gambling and tip jars so the raffle was a good idea for my family. I found all of my games on pintrest!

My favorite game at my bridal shower, which I stole from my friend's/bridesmaid's, was a cake decorating contest. The guests were divided into teams of 2 or 3, and then each team was given a pound cake, a can of frosting, and various cake decorating goodies (writing gel, sprinkles, etc.). They were then given about 15 minutes to create a wedding cake, and then I was the judge. Meanwhile, I was out of the room and made my own cake. If you want something a little easier but just as fun, there's always bridal shower bingo. You give all the guests blank Bingo cards, and in each square, they write gifts they think the bride is going to get. Then as she opens them, they mark any that they have until they get a Bingo. I think we played three rounds for which to give out prizes.

Cake decorating is a great idea!

For my sister's shower, I made a jeopardy game and split everyone into teams. It took a while but it was a lot of fun.

We had a Guess The Number of Candy in a Jar game. We chose Jolly Ranchers and Starburst candy because they're individually wrapped.

We had the How Well You Know The Couple game where it's a list of 10 questions about the couple and whoever gets the most answers right - wins.

I had a bowl and popsicle sticks where my guests wrote down fun date night ideas on them for me to take home.

We had the random number raffle game where throughout the bridal shower, we randomly picked a number and wherever that guest sat, they won a prize. we created 4 themed gift baskets for that game. One theme was a Spa night, other was Movie/Popcorn night, the other was Coffee/Hot cocoa theme and last was a wine theme.
