Bridal Shower Outfit

I need help figuring out what to wear to my bridal shower. I originally wanted to wear a mid length dusty blue tulle skirt with a cute white top but I don’t want to spend a lot on the skirt cause I won’t wear it again. I have also purchased a long dress from LuLus that I had originally planned to be my wedding dress. Now I don’t know if that dress is too much for a bridal shower and I should save it to wear to my rehearsal if I have one or as a reception dress if my mermaid style becomes uncomfortable. Too many decisions, what are your thoughts? Pictures for reference.
