Bridal Shower Seating Chart

Pegs, on February 19, 2018 at 1:47 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 3
I’ve been to large bridal showers where it’s a little confusing trying to figure out where to sit, along with uneven tables once most people have taken a seat.

I’ve been very active in my shower planning because my mom is hosting it and she seeks my approval for everything to make sure I remain happy. I’m happy regardless just for her gesture to host! But anyway...

My shower is going to be roughly 80-85 women. Should I create a seating chart? Would that be more convenient for the guests or rather dumb?

As a guest I would not prefer it.

I am personally not a fan of seating charts so as a guest I wouldn't like it, but on the other hand I have never attended a shower with that many people before. If you have limited seating/space, I don't think it would be a terrible idea.

For a guest list of that size, absolutely, 100% do a seating chart. No one ever wants to worry about where to sit. My shower was 32 people, and my head table was 10 including me, so the rest of the guests fell into obvious groups after that. But had there been more people, I def would've requested assigned tables.
