Any ideas for a wishing well alternative for a bridal shower? We have previously done cookbooks and stock the bar.

I’ve never heard of a wishing well bridal shower. Are you planning a bridal shower for someone who does not have a registry and you’re asking for alternatives?

I’ve seen a wheelbarrow and asked for small tools for the groom. It was pretty cute.

Nope! The wishing well is usually a laundry basket made to look like a well that guests fill with household items for the bride. A friend of mine did “stock the bar” where guests could bring any wine, liquor or beer. Another friend did a bookshelf where guests could bring their favorite cook books.
