Bridal shower woes

Bridal shower brunch day, happy but not at the same time. I have to drive 2-3 hours to get there as it’s gonna be in my hometown so I can have it with mostly my family as the only close family members where I live now is just my grandma. My grandma had a stroke earlier this week, thankfully a “mini” one and she isn’t suffering and still has most control afterwards even though it was in a critical part of her brain thank god. It sucks because I’m the only family she has here as well since my dad packed up and moved to CA to make his wife happy. She’ll be in the hospital until Monday and won’t be able to come, she didn’t want me to cancel after all the hard work my sister put into planning it so I’m still going. Turns out now, my FFIL is back in the emergency room, now being admitted, with sepsis as a complication of wounds that are a result of his diabetes and FMIL has been in and out of the hospital with him as well. Not sure if she or FSIL will be able to travel to come to the brunch because of that. FSIL will rise with me but has to return by a certain time and that’s impossible if FMIL doesn't go. I have 2 additional ‘s (FSIL is one as well) who live local but they have stopped talking to me for a few weeks and I have no clue why and literally never said a word about the brunch in the 4 weeks that they’ve known about it so I don’t even know if they’re going as well. We all would have had to drive from relatively the same place to the brunch and back and no one bothered to see how I was getting there and back, not knowing my grandmother was supposed to come, essentially leaving me to drive there and back alone while they all carpooled. I’m really not trying to be disappointed by everything that going on all the same time and still be excited because I know my sister out so much work into planning this for me but it’s really hard right now and I could use some support
