Hello fellow brides, will you be getting your makeup done professionally for your bridal shower and/or rehearsal dinner? It can be pricey so not sure if I should or not.

    I used my bridal shower as a chance for a trial with my hair stylist (who also does makeup, so I paid her extra to do that). Killed two birds with one stone on that one. If I hadn't used my trial, I would have just done my hair and makeup myself.

    I am not going to. Then again, I am also not getting it done professionally for the wedding either.

    I think that is up to you and if it fits in the budget. I honestly don't think it would be worth the money but that is just me. Like PP said you could do your trial on the same day as your shower if it's something you're interested in.

    Wasn’t planning to. You can definitely get your hair/makeup trial the day of the shower, if you are aware of it and the artists are available that day. If you want it done professionally for the rehearsal, go to a local Ulta.
