Bridal Shower

Hello everyone!

I have no ideas on what to do for my bridal shower and I'm trying to help my Maid of Honor and mother so they don't have to do 100% of everything by themselves.
I'm just curious about what some of you ended up doing? Any easy, unique ideas, treats or games? What did you like and not like?

You can find easy games but do you want a brunch or lunch style? A popular game is the what would you fiance say about you. Your MOH can ask questions to your fiance and the attendees think of what he answered before hearing the answers.

I was thinking more of a brunch style!
That does sound like a super fun game! I'll have to try that out!

The best bridal shower I went to was a luncheon that we had an awesome salad with some petite desserts. (Tall shot glass size). Games were guess the number of kisses in the jar (winner got jar), who know the bride and groom best (what size shoe does he wear, where was their first date sort of thing).

We are going to make decorations and get drunk at my friends lake house. Probably make tacos and just hang out. Same with bachelorette party. I’m super low key so I don’t expect or want much ❤️

We are doing brunch style and casino theme “lucky in love” bc we are doing a Vegas honeymoon. It was my MOH/moms idea and I think it’s cute. Games are like how many kisses in a jar, don’t say wedding/bride, also a gift opening bingo.

My MOH is planning mine at a restaurant- Cooper’s Hawk for brunch. I asked her if the theme could be like a garden party, lots of pinks, greenery, gold. She’s having a backdrop and sweets table. Other than that, I don’t know anything else if there will be games or anything.

I threw a bridal shower for my best friend and we did a private cooking class! It was so fun! Other ideas are wine tasting or a tea (my mom and MOH are throwing me a bridal tea). I personal hate traditional showers with gift opening and cuties games.

Two of my sisters are planning mine! I don't know any details, but my sisters showers were all tea parties, so I'd guess that they're going that route. I remember at one we made wedding dresses out of toilet paper, which was really fun.
