Sorry for the rant, but I'd just like to say how displeased I was with bed bath and beyond with my registry. Now if you are a bride like me then you aren't looking at the registry to see what people got you. Well I ended up finding out a week before my shower from family and friends that there was really nothing on our registry. So of course I checked out the registry to see what was going on, well I ended up finding out that 90% of the stuff we registered for had been discontinued. I would never do another registry with them ever again, what a waste of time putting it together.

    Oh no I'm sorry that happened, that's definitely upsetting. You'd think they would at least give you notice so that you can replace those items

    SAME HERE. Or we put multiples of items on the registry (for towels, dishes, etc), and 1 was bought then it was out of stock. I have to replace stuff on there every freaking day. Which means I see what has been purchased (which totally takes away the fun of it all). I've been running into this issue with Target, too. And to some extent with Amazon, but far less often. My issue with Amazon is they default to sending you a notification when something is purchased off the registry (which, again, takes away the surprise).

    These companies definitely need to fix there registries. That does suck that Amazon tells you when someone purchases something.

    I'm sorry that happened to you!

    I check our registry everyday because I like to be in control and if something is out of stock, I either set it up to email me when it's back in stock, or I take it off all together and replace it lol. I don't care if what someone buys us is a surprise, I just want to make sure all of our items are still available to buy lol!!

    We're registered at Target, Zola, and Crate and Barrel and haven't had any problems so far!

    I was just registered at target and bed bath and beyond. I had no issues with target, but tons of issues with bed bath and beyond. Some of my guests said we didn't really have anything on our registry through bed bath and beyond even though we scanned about 100 items, others said they couldn't find it and some said the website said we didn't have one.

    So sorry! That is common with nearly every retailer. Hence why it is recommended to check on the registry.

    It seems to be way more common with bed bath and beyond than any other retailer. I had absolutely no issues with target.
