Bridal Suite Decor

Alexine, on March 31, 2020 at 3:23 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 7

After recently postponing our wedding, I am trying to divert my attention to other parts of wedding planning -- the bridal suite. Have any of you thought about bringing decor for your bridal suite to make it look more glam, warm or welcoming? I will be using our hotel room as a get ready/bridal suite at the inn we will having the ceremony/reception as well as staying the night. The room itself has a rustic charm. I'm thinking of buying some balloons, using some of the fake florals I had to guide my color scheme during wedding planning, maybe even a throw blanket to add some color in the room where we will be getting ready and for pictures.

    Ooo fun idea!!
Maybe the gold foil balloons to spell out “bride” or something!! A mimosa bar and a fruit platter could be fun and probably much needed snacks for everyone!! Also love the idea of a throw blanket!

Oooh I hadn't even thought about decorating the bridal suite!! That's a great idea. I think florals might be a good idea, and some colors that match your theme.
LOVE the idea of a cute little breakfast spread and mimosas!

My maid of honor has graciously offered to do this for me! I think she's planning on a cute backdrop, food platter, and mimosa bar.

All great ideas ladies! I'm wondering if the inn would allow us to bring some items from their brunch spread to our room. I couldn't decide whether to order catering like Panera for lunch, but a fun light brunch could be an excellent way to curb hunger without overdoing it on salt!

Mimosas are a must Smiley winking Thinking champagne with raspberry soaked in triple sec

I might use an extra centerpiece or two in our room, depending on how many tables we end up with in the reception space. But the room itself is already lovely and quirky with huge windows that will be perfect for pictures of the dress.

We'll have mimosa makings for the ladies, growlers of beer for the guys, and some simple food platters for snacking in both ready rooms, along with maybe some extra snacks from one our venue's restaurant.
