Bride or grooms name first ?

According to old school etiquette/tradition, the woman’s name goes first before the wedding and is placed last after the honeymoon. No one will bat an eye if you switch it up. Do what works for you.

I don’t really think it matters. For instance I’m listing my parents and my fiancés parents on our wedding program. I should list my stepdad and then my mom. But I’m putting my mom first🤷🏻‍♀️ It feels more right to me. I don’t think anyone will really think twice about it which is why I don’t think anyone will think twice about your sign either

To me it doesn't really matter I would give this to much thought on it. Just as it's there

I don’t think it matters too much. A lot of our personalized things have “my name & FH’s name” on them and then I started switching it up so he wouldn’t think I was always putting myself first lol.

For some it doesn't matter how the order goes. I think the old traditional way was the woman's name would go first but if you both like the order then keep it! It looks nice anyhow.

It doesn't matter. Sign looks beautiful and I promise you no one will notice. My husband and I stuck with using "my name & his name" for consistency and because it sounded better but I didn't actually know which way was traditional.
