I'm a thicker woman, (between 180-200lbs) and want to lose weight before my big day, it's decently away but I have trouble sticking to exercise plans because I get discouraged easily. Any ideas on how I can get the weight off before I go to get my dress so I can stay the weight and know my size for...

I lost my first 10 with healthier food choices and meeting with a trainer once a week. I would workout alone 4 days a week based on what he taught me and I kept myself accountable because I knew he would be able to tell if I wasn't improving. I met with him for about two months, and have just been implementing what I learned with him on my own since.

Track your activity and everything you eat. I use lose it app and MapMyRun app and both are helpful and easy and fun to use.
