Depends on the store and how long it takes for the dresses to come in. Maybe at least 3-4 months???

Maybe start looking for dresses around 4-6 months out. I would order them at least 3-4 months before the wedding, to leave plenty of time for alterations and in case of any delays in shipping/incorrect dress sent/etc.

I will say David's Bridal typically gets dresses in fast but other boutiques could take longer.

Depends on where you're buying from and the shipping time. Right now things are taking an average of 4 -6 months shipping. You can always go look and ask the questions before setting a date for the girls.

I would definitely want to get it way before the wedding so that there’s time for any needed alterations

We're going shopping in January/February for my July wedding. One of my MOHs is actually pregnant right now so that also put a dent into her plans to buy a dress months ahead of time lol I think early in the year will be good, it'll still be early enough to give time for potential delays or mistakes with the dresses.

My bridal shop told us dresses take up to 4 months to come so the sooner the better.

I would say about 5 months in case things back up or anything do want one to have trouble coming in best to do things earlier! That’s what I did! I only had a maid of honor so I didn’t have 2 much trouble I told her color and she found a dress.
