I'm 4/6/2022 and all we've got is our venue. We've been struggling to find a good dj. We messaged a couple and never heard back... Reading this I feel very behind now...

I always forget about places like that because I’m from a very rural area and so is our venue, so we always check local people, like grandmothers and friends😂 but I love the idea of unique and personal things. I want ours to be really personal, but I’m just trying to figure out how, you know?

Don’t underestimate the ability of a country woman to deliver some solid eats though! 😂 As far as the personal touches, those ideas will come to you as you go along and, no doubt, afterward you will still likely have moments where you wished you would’ve thought of something sooner!

We are getting married 4/24/22 in Mexico! It took over a month of emails to book the venue there. They don’t seem to have the same urgency as we do. Save the dates are on the way to me and my wedding website is almost complete. In having a destiny wedding, I am confident the rest will fall into place…on their own time.

So far I have my venue which includes catering, cake, linens, officiant, center pieces, tables, chairs, etc. I hired my band. Don’t have a photographer yet. Need to send out save the dates after getting our guest list finalized, and get my invitations done. Plus I still need a dress and the wedding party needs to get their dresses & suits. And little party favors later on when guests rsvp.
