Just got engaged March 27, 2019! Getting married December 2020!

He proposed on my birthday in front of both of our families with the first ring (opal center) which he gave me for my birthday a few months after we had started dating. The engagement ring was custom made by a family friend and didn't come in until the following day, but it is absolutely gorgeous and is just so sparkly! Now I get to wear both! One on each hand!

My angel proposed to me on our anniversary down at the water on a dock with all of my family watching from the upstairs balcony of the restaurant just above us. Can’t wait to have a huge ceremony with all of our loved ones!!

Have a 2 carat morganite pear cut, which he got because he had limited funds at the time so he got me as he calls it the “place holder” but I adore my ring to death!!! he says he’s gonna upgrade it to a baby pink sapphire before the wedding and have my morganite reset as a pendant necklace so I can keep it forever.
He asked me to marry him on the red carpet at an event and I was completely blown away. Even the ring box matched my stone, blush metallic ring box that kinda looked like a cushion cut stone. Like yes sir, that’s some thought. I was ecstatic and also realized we got lucky as a video guy caught the proposal on film so we got pics and video to send the family of the moment. So cool!
