May 15th 2020!! I’m so excited! He took me to the park near the woods. We went there for our second date where we sat by the river and talked for 7 hours. For the proposal, he told me we were doing photos with our dogs because his 16 year old dachshund wasn’t doing well. That way I wasn’t thrown off by the photographer. He pulled out my bible and read a verse. In the margin was “will you marry me?” With the ring tied to the bookmark. Unfortunately a week and a half later, his dog passed away.

My guy incorporated his Mother's birth stone and my sorority color in my ring because they both mean sooooo much to me, but not knowing that it is also my Mother's and Grandmother's favorit color too. He couldnt have gotten a better ring for me. June 6, 2020 here we come.
