My dad is a jeweler, so it's always been important he make my ring. My fiance proposed on a rowboat in the middle of a remote bay in Vancouver Island.

After 7 years of dating my highschool sweetheart he proposed on my birthday 08/05 wedding date 08/01/2020 💕

This was not the proposal site, but this was my favorite part of the day. It was beautiful, by the ocean at sunset...and we stumbled upon this cute railing with “lovelocks” and my fiancé surprised me with our own lovelock....and had it engraved!! Then since there were 2 keys, he gave me the option that we both could keep a key.....or we could throw them into the ocean cuz we will never need to unlock this lock! So cute! So we hopped down the cliff, and ran to the ocean to toss the keys! Once we did, we turned around this his family cheering for us. It was amazing, like my man, and like my ring!

About a year ago, my boyfriend (now fiancé) and I took a trip to Philadelphia. He had gone to bed; I was kept up late as I dove down the rabbit hole browsing engagement rings online. Upon finding the ring of my dreams, I “dropped a hint” via email and sent it to my fiancé’s email.

Fast-forward to 7.29.19 at one of our favorite places over looking the view, mountains and Lake George, gods honest truth, I was so very surprised when he proposed. The ring was brought to life and now on my finger.

As he and I were conversing amongst family and friends, I mentioned that I had sent him an email of the ring. Then I found out, HE NEVER RECIEVED THE EMAIL!! I entered his email incorrectly. He had just remembered the ONE TIME in passing, I had said I love Emerald Cut.

My fiancé is just the best, and I’m sure you you can now agree!
