I picked out my own ring (because I didn’t want it to look ANYTHING like what I had from my last marriage) , but he got it unbeknownst to me, and surprised me with a proposal at Boldt Castle in Alexandria Bay on August 31st, on the grand stair case, where my grandmother was going to propose to my grandfather. It was very special. And to top it off, as he was proposing there was a wedding going on right outside and seconds after the proposal they said “i do” and I just thought that was amazing being the timing and such wasn’t planned. Wedding date is set for July 2020 and I’m over the moon (but stressed! Lol)

Out in the wilderness, just us and our two pups! So perfect and such a surprise!!

Got engaged in August and still trying to decide what to do for wedding. It’s hard finding venue with just 50 guests. Would love a December 2020 wedding !

We are getting married October 10th, 2020. I absolutely adore my ring. He and my cousin hacked my pinterest and found a similar one to one I had pinned. I still haven't seen anything like it & I can't wait to marry him.
