Oh my gosh, your ring is stunning

I said YES on October 17th, 2019 on the beach at Saint George Island off the coast of Florida. This ring is so special to me. It’s the one my father proposed to my mother with nearly thirty years ago. Some may say it’s bad luck to use the ring from a broken marriage but because I have no memories of their marriage due to my being so young when they divorced, it means the absolute world to me to have this little piece of their time together on my finger. ♥️♥️♥️

He asked me to marry him the Friday after christmas 2018! We were gonna do a 2020 wedding but I just had our second child June of 2019 and so getting everything in order for 2020 would've been a squeeze.

So August 7th 2021 will be our wedding date 💜 our 9 year anniversary will be August 5th of that year so I wanted to try to keep it close to that date.

He proposed at my 30th costume party in front of both our parents, his siblings and our closest friends. No one had any idea it was coming!!
