I’ve worked hundreds of weddings when I was younger and honestly some favors are left behind on the tables and I think anything edible is a good idea. So maybe candy, it’s simple and it usually doesn’t get left behind 😊

Awesome that you've got less than 100 days until your wedding, and also that you got all the big things locked in! The small things can definitely be stressful - I feel like it's because there are So. Many. Little things to focus on, that it becomes overwhelming. Take it one task at a time! You've got this!

Your dress and ring are both stunning!! I love the details on the dress, they remind me of flower petals. Is that your venue in the second picture? I love all the lights! Are you planning to decorate it similar to the photo?

    70 days to go! 💕

FH and I picked out my wedding band today at a local jeweler. It's so pretty! I took a picture of it on my pinky so I could stare at it until I can pick it up in my size lolBrides Of 2022: It's Finally Our Year!!! How Many Days Until Your Wedding? 1

It’s going good! Flowers are needed to be done, the guys have to get suits, wedding bands, one of my bridesmaids needs to pick out her dress, pick our menus for one of our food trucks, and JP needs to be picked. I still have a lot to do but it’s not horrible my wedding planner is helping me out so I’m not worried.

Thank you for the words of encouragement lol I completely agree. There is always another little thing that comes along to be added to the list. But like you said one at a time. Like my fiancés grandmother use to say - Inch by inch, makes it a cinch!

Thank you so much! I for sure had buyers remorse the day following for the dress but I put it on again and fell in love with it all over again. And yes that is our venue! I absolutely love it and the owner is the most wonderful woman ever. There is just something different about her and we already have created this friendship that has been made even stronger after she met my mother-in-law who has a bunch of mutual friends with her. She is also cooking all food and making the wedding cake as well which i cannot wait to try. We want a similar look to that photo just minus the red glassware. We want rustic and she can DELIVER haha

Everything is paid off except for our honeymoon flights and our alcohol cost. So we feel pretty good about where we sit!

My fiance and I are getting married May 28th, 2022. We only have 139 days 17 hours and counting. I still dont Have DJ, my wedding cake, let alone the catering done. I am still waiting on people to tell me who is coming and who is not. I have people whom I know are coming for sure, but an unknown number of others. I finally told everyone to tell me if they were coming and how many in their party because we can only afford so many and if people have already told me they are coming then I will just pay for those with which i know whom are coming. On top of that my poor brother has been going through so much, and the woman who is making our cake just lost her Husband in a plane crash December 30th, 2021. My fiance and I plan to make a visit back home so we can hopefully see some of these friends and family so harshly effected. My poor mom has been the worst effect this round because this was around the time she lost her brother to diabetes I want this to be a time of joy, but instead all i feel is stress and like breaking down and crying especially since some of the girls still dont have there dresses, mine has not been taken to be altered yet, and so much more. I'm about ready to just do the people i know will show and be done with this, On top of this i have to worry about certain people fighting at my wedding, so i have to involve cops now.
Can I just break down and cry right now!!!!!

It's going great! We are getting married on the beach in Florida! We're working on a place to have a reception after the wedding. The most stressful part so far is finding a veil, believe it or not! When we come back home to Tennessee, we're having a big reception for all of our family and friends! I can't wait to marry my best friend!

That's great that your vendors are flexible and understanding during this crazy time! Totally agree that people should only attend if they are feeling well. Looks like you've still got a few days, I'm sure you'll get more RSVPs right at the deadline!

Congratulations on paying off the venue! Do you have any leads on the vendors that you're still looking for?

Definitely hoping this year will be better! (It's gotta be, since it's both of our wedding years, lol!) Happy New Year to you as well, and best wishes!

I totally agree that edible favors seem to be most popular. Candy is a good idea!
