I feel so overwhelm looking for venues being on a budget. It's like the second you mention wedding prices triple. I've been interested in several venues and when I get the numbers back there's fees that weren't discussed. Although of course I did mention and asked are there any additional cost.     Yes! The vendor! I'm looking for makeup/hair stylists and the one place was gonna be an extra $300 for travel fees because I'll need multiple stylists! Like you guys can't car pool together? I get it, but dang! That's a lot of money!

    Yeah I think I paid travel fees for our videographer, DJ and hair/makeup. Also for our photographer but he travels a lot for weddings and came 8 hours for us so that one makes sense

    Sorry. That was just figuring out how travel could cost that much. This was not something I have heard about. But there are reasons for some additional expenses. For example, private car insurance may not always cover accidents that happen in work transportation.

    Honestly with some of the travel fees I feel like a limo might be cheaper lol
