Brides with wide feet?!

Futuremrsc, on April 21, 2017 at 10:10 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 15

Last night FH and I were out shopping and he ever so patiently let me browse the shoe departments, I even found some Betsy Johnson and Badgley Mischka shoes. I was so excited as I've heard about them on here and then was disappointed because they seem to run too narrow for my wide feet. So, any one else have wide feet that would have suggestions on where to find wedding shoes??

I don't have wide feet, but this British site Asos.com has lots of wide shoes. I got my wedding shoes there, they are a wide fit, but I just went a 1/2 size down and they fit perfectly.

I bought custom shoes from Shoes of Prey. They have wide and extra-wide widths (as well as narrow/extra-narrow for ladies with the opposite foot problem)!

I had the same problem with Keds. They were sooo tight on my feet!

@ColorMeBlu, I was definitely sad. The shoes were gorgeous but just not meant for me I guess!

Ugh, girl, same! I ended up getting shoes from Lands End that were exactly what I wanted - I lucked out everywhere else!

Thanks for the suggestions, will check them out! I also get so wary ordering online because shoes fit me so weird so I'll definitely have to find a place that has a good return policy!

Same problem here, I have ordered and returned shoes a few times now. I did find a nice formal wedge at David's bridal that fit my foot. I'm not in love with them but they are pretty and fit really good

Same struggle, I ended up buying from shoes from DSW. The brand is Deblossom, they have some really cute wedding shoes!

Same problem. There are so many shoes I love but only peep toe seems to look good. I can't wear D'orsay or anything that is open on the sides at all. Its very limiting. David's bridal is the only reliable source that I saw wide shoes that weren't a kitten heel

Shoes of Prey! They do custom shoes and will remake them until the fit.

I have wide feet that are also completely flat and still bought a pair of badgley mischkas! I bought a half size bigger than I would usually get and they fit pretty well! I also plan to try to stretch them out a bit more before the wedding Smiley smile it also helps that I bought a pair with only about a 1" heel
