Bridesmaid Disaster

I’m so sorry that all of these speed bumps are happening so close to your day 😭 all I would say is if you ask your plus one to be a bridesmaid she more than likely wouldn’t be able to get a dress in time, so it might just be better to accept that the sides will be uneven unless you think she’d be willing to pay expedited shipping & hope that it comes before the wedding

I wouldn’t ask anyone else at this point. Uneven sides are totally fine to have.

I wouldn't ask anyone this close to the wedding to step in. I'd just count your losses on them and move on.

There is nothing for you to do except just try to be there for your friend. Friends aren't replaceable, and that might only lead to hurt feelings on her end. I hope your other bridesmaid can track down her dress! If not, and she is your MOH (?), then it isn't out of the ordinary for MOHs to wear a different dress than the rest of the bridesmaids, so if she can find something last minute, it might actually work out ok!

I agree with all of this. I completely understand this is stressful, but don't take on MORE stress by replacing people and searching for dresses.

I agree - don't replace people especially this close to the date.
