Yes, you should confront her on it. Be assertive yet respectful. Unless you have proof, then ask her about it instead of flat out saying that you know she talked negatively about you.

Question...who is this bridesmaid? A bridesmaid should be someone you have a good relationship with and that person should not talk behind your back. I would remove them as a bridesmaid.

Your bridesmaids should be someone you can't imagine NOT having next to you on your wedding day. If she's adding extra stress, or talking behind your back I'd highly suggest removing her from your wedding party.

You deserve support and love from a bridesmaids, wedding planning is already stressful enough.
