Hi there! I am currently beginning to shop for my BMs dresses and am having a difficult time finding the styles and colors that we like. I recently went to David's Bridal with my MOH ( My BMs are scattered across the country) to see what dresses look like on & they are out of the liked styles & sizes in the color needed. They explained that there is an inventory problem and they don't see these colors/styles being replenished. Ugh. I considered changing their dress color however apparently that will not be a solution to the problem. ( I'm having a black tie, summer wedding and there are not many summer color choices to choose from) I also asked the rep that was assisting us when new colors are released and she was not able to give me an answer.

I have ordered swatches from companies like Birdy Grey and Revelry however online I read mixed reviews and feeling uneasy about trying the online only stores out.

We are still 1 year away until the wedding, so I get it that we still have time to figure it out. I am just a bit concerned that I am maybe overlooking a better dress company that wouldn't give us this headache.

Has anyone experienced this? Any advice or input on how to resolve this issue?

I had my bridesmaids get theirs from Lulu's. The dresses are reasonably priced and they have a great/flexible return policy. There's a wide range of colors, styles, etc. so it was easy for my girls to find things that were within their comfort zone and fit their body type the way the wanted. Good luck!

I honestly am going through Amazon for mine so the ladies can all try them on and ship them back for a refund, pick their sizes and their own style, etc. To be fair though, I'm doing a wildflower theme with a variety of dresses that would work that have the same style. So I'm just sending them a few links and letting them pick out what variety they like best for their body type and budget.

Try searching for dresses on birdy grey. They have lots of color options and styles under $100

Azazie is where our bridesmaids got their dresses from! I feel like they have a wide selection. I hope that helps

Maybe Revelry would be a better option to fit the formality of your wedding? They're a bit more expensive than Azazie, but they offer a lot more fabric options (even tulle!) Not to mention they're really pretty and have cute prints as well. I think they do try on dresses, but I'm not 100% sure on that
