I’m having a small destination wedding, about 40 guest, in Mexico in November of 2021. Recently my MOH and one of my bridesmaids decided to drop out due to not feeling comfortable with traveling because of COVID. I only had 3 bridesmaids to begin with so now I’m left with only one. My FH has 3 groomsman who are so far onboard with still going. I guess I’m wondering if we should not have a wedding party at all... no one has purchased suits or dresses yet since our wedding is still so far away. Is anybody else dealing with wedding party drop outs?

Hun just make it about you the bride and your FH the groom. Invite close friends and family that are willing to attend especially since no one has purchased any wedding attire that you wanted apart of the wedding. COVID-19 has put fear in a lot of peoples mind. True friends will understand!!!
