Search for Tote - or on the left hand side is a link "credits and discounts" that lists all your free items. (if the list is not there, click on the My Account at the top and it should bring up the list) click on the "order now"

click on the Classic tote... this is the only "free" one

Click create tote... then click the Advanced Silverlight Designer - under the tote image.

A design window will open up.

Up in the top is a "KIT" button... it will bring up your saved kits.

Then drag and drop the images onto your tote.

There is also a "add text" button at the top. It will put a text box on your tote. Double click on that text box to get the advanced text option to change the size, color and font.

I am giving all my girls personalized totes that i got from ebay. The bridesmaids are the brown ones with the blue writing and my flowergirls will have the blue with brown writing. I am also having all their makeup done for day of, jewelry for day of flip flops for reception and little different gifts to put in the bag like a notepad with their intial and i cant even remember what else i got. I hit up the dollar section at Michaels one day

Have you looked to see if you have a Coach outlet close to you?

How about a personalized gift to make them feel special ? You can find really a whole lot more products that can be personalized, initialled or perhaps imprinted like the vases, wine drinking glasses, picture frames, key chains, jewellery and many others. These can be found at www.bluechopsticks.com - they have a really good collection ! Goodluck Smiley smile Hope this was helpful Smiley smile

A friend recommended the site SaltySailorPhotography.com for professional (affordable) Photography. I purchased an awesome photo for each of my bridesmaids and framed it in a frame bought from Michaels craft store. Each picture came signed and cost under $50 and looked way way more expensive then that. They loved it!

I am going to probably be a little unpopular for saying so, but I've been in so many weddings now that I will scream if I see another monogrammed robe, canvas tote bag, or plastic tumbler that has my name or "BRIDESMAID" painted on it... Smiley sad

Ladies, these ideas are cute for the bachelorette party or the morning of, but they are not very practical gifts once your wedding is over. With rare exception, they end up getting donated to the Goodwill. Unless I collect wine glasses, I really don't need a commemorative wine glass with the date of your wedding and your names etched into it... it won't match any of my other glasses and that thing is gonna collect some dust for awhile and then off to the Goodwill it goes in a year or two.

Want to give me a wine glass? I love wine! How about a huge novelty wine glass the size of my face? NO MONOGRAMS, please.

I am a big fan of brides that choose gifts that have a little more staying power. My first choice is having my hair/makeup service gifted by the bride. This lightens the financial load a bit (it's EXPENSIVE to be a bridesmaid) and ensures that we all look consistent. Too many bridesmaids try to save money by opting out of hair and makeup, and they end up looking too casual on your big day compared to the rest of your wedding party.

Another welcome gift would be to have a wonderful breakfast spread catered on the wedding day while everyone is getting ready (with or without a mimosa bar), and bonus points for a massage therapist to go around giving neck and hand massages while people are waiting their turn for hair/makeup.

Anyhow, I can appreciate that some people want to give actual, tangible gifts and for those ladies I blogged about a huge list of bridesmaid gift ideas that won't break the bank, but aren't so predictable either.

I hope you'll let me know what you think!
