Bridesmaid is trying to get pregnant

So! One of my bridesmaids is trying to get pregnant. She asked me for advice because I "know a lot of things about a lot of things." Completely forgetting my stance on spawning, I suppose? Lol! Anywho! She's late thirties-early forties (I'm a terrible friend....). Her husband is of the "if God wants us to have kids, we'll have them naturally" mindset. So he doesn't want to do any kind of fertility treatment. He doesn't want her to do any kind of fertility treatment. So! Does anyone know of anything to help someone with fertility? Without a doctor? Vitamins? Exercises? Diet? I don't know how to help her other than tell her to leave him and find someone else. I don't like him. He's an ass. But she loves him, and she wants babies, so I'm helping. Because I love her and want her to be happy.
