Bridesmaid Newsletter

I do this every month.... I just do word doc with bullets if you want I will send you a few I did

I'd definitely like to have some ideas on what you send them monthly. I'm in early stages but with them in other states I too wonder how to keep everyone on the same page.

I just do border and make it really cute.... start if off with its _ months to go!

Just bullet each peace of information and I make it fancy with a clip art picture

I found one online that was 15 pages long. I'm on my iPhone now but if you want pm me your email and I can email u the template I'm using. It's thorough has day of timeline, roles and responsibilities, wedding weekend itenterary and a list of important #s

I do them every 2-3 months, and I just use Microsoft Publisher -- it already has newsletter templates where you can do different "articles" and whatnot. Otherwise, I think Karla's idea of just using Word could also work. Here's a picture of mine.

Thanks ladies. PMs are on their way. Please keep them coming. I put one together at the very beginning, one in the middle, and now that I'm to the final one, I've gone blah k on what to say and include. Your examples are helping to jog my memory.

I've made 3 so far, I don't do them Monthly, because honestly not every month did I have something useful to tell them. Here's a pic of the 3rd one I did. The girls love them, especially since one of my bridesmaids lives out of town.

I used a Newsletter Template on word and filled the spaces with my own pictures and so on. Goodluck! I'm sure your girls will appreciate it.

I just created a special facebook group with just them and posted whenever I had something new to tell them.

I've done three newsletters in Microsoft Publish and have been doing them every other month to update. I also have a special private wedding group to post things weekly. This is the 3rd I've done for June.

I created a group on Facebook, and added all of my bridesmaids. With only one of them being local, it's been a HUGE help! I'm able to post and get feedback from all of them, and they've been able to talk about dresses they like/don't like.

Here is a glimpse of one I just sent out. Someone sent out a template several months ago in Publisher which I don't have, so I just used a few of those ideas, recreated it in word and saved it as a PDF. The girls love it. PM me your email address if you'd like me to send you a few samples!

Hmm.....I think I will do something like this also...I already had the idea of a FB group but never thought of doing a newsletter
