Bridesmaid proposal boxes

My best friend proposed to us by mailing each of us the box ! Since majority of us didn’t live in the same state as her

I kept mine simple, I got little knot bracelets that said “I can’t tie the knot without you, will you be my (insert role here)?” And I got them each a candle I knew they loved and wrote a heartfelt note to each. My best friend made wine glasses for each of us, gave us a little bottle of champagne and a picture of us. For the people out of state, she mailed them out to them.

None of my BMs are local but I made proposal boxes and gave them each out when I had the chance to see them in person. My backup plan was to mail them if needed and tell them to skype/facetime me when they got a package so I could watch them open it. I got $1 photo boxes from Michaels, lined them with scrapbook paper, added a bow, and filled them with personalized wine tumblers, bride tribe mirrors, lip balm, hair ties, and a mini bouquet. The tumblers and cards are from Etsy.

I’m going to buy a mug with their name and a card with a personal note for each of my bridesmaids! I’ve only bought the one for my MOH so far and I plan to ask her in person, but it’s nearly impossible to get together with my other bridesmaids, so I will mail them out. I so wish I could do it in person though!

This is what I did for my bridesmaids. Wine glass has their name etched on one side and bridesmaid on the other and those are our wedding colors. For those that live far, I packed the box with packing paper so it didn’t move around or break and asked that that call me before they open it so it’s almost like we were together when they did 😊
