Bridesmaid robe alternatives

I like the idea of my bridesmaids being uniform for getting-ready pictures, but I understand some people won't feel comfortable getting photographed in just a robe. What are some alternative ideas you have or have done? Pictures please!!

    I wore a button-up shirt and yoga pants (I wear that pretty much every day anyways) and my bridesmaids wore what ever they wanted.
