bridesmaid spread sheets

I did a budget sheet for my girls so I do understand. I did alot of the research on my own regarding hair, make-up, airbnb, dress, alterations (can't estimate this but just add it to the list) so I did all the bookings and most people wanted a deposit down to secure spot. Now if their expense estimate to be over a certain amount I plan to cover it. I also have and will be giving a few gifts so it will be very affordable for them. But many people have never been in weddings are they think that the bride pays for everything but we didn't so I did a expected expense sheet.
