What about a hand written note and a bottle of their favorite alcohol/wine? You can get inexpensive wine for $10 a bottle or more expensive wine at chain stores at a discount if you buy several bottles.

Not sure what your price range is but I bought my two bridesmaid a pearl jewelry set (necklace and earrings) for $28 each to wear wedding day. Since the beginning I skipped the formal asking via cute gifts and matching robes to get ready in. It just gets too pricey and I didn’t care to spend money on those items that they won’t use again versus jewelry they can wear again.
