Why would you feel the need to do that? Just out of curiosity?

I definitely think that is above and beyond what is acceptable to ask. I only change my hair for me. I would feel incredibly judged if someone, especially a friend, asked me to change my appearance in such a way.

Yes, that’s unreasonable. The only person you’re allowed to dictate length of hair for is yourself.

Yea I mean I get you want a certain hairstyle because I've seen brides ask for that of their bridesmaids but it's not really something to ask them in terms of growing it out solely for the purpose of your wedding.

In my opinion, yes. It's completely disrespectful to ask someone to be a bridesmaid or groomsmen than expect anything more of them than showing up on your wedding day in the attire decided upon.

Yes, you would be asking them to change their appearance based on your preference. I'm not sure why this is important to you. If you choose to do this, you would most likely offend this friend.

Why does their hair need to look similar? I've never seen a wedding party with matching hair styles. My girls each picked their own style with what worked for their hair type and personal preference.

Unreasonable. I get your thought about the similar hairstyles, but at the end of the day the hairstyle is going to look different on anyone assuming they already have different hair colors.

Everyone that is saying that I’m being unreasonable please calm down. I didn’t ask this of any of my bridesmaids. I’m getting your ideas. Plain and simple. I’m a young bride trying to make sure I’m not bridezilla so I appreciate all the comments. Your all very helpful. Thank you!
