Plus get there imput on if it should be altered but since I don't eat cake and two of them know amazing bakers so they say. They say that they will arrange a tasting because I will be there but they will be doing the tasting. I will show them my color swatches and theme today and fabrics. Everything is pretty much together plus they wont be decorating or anything like that. I have already gotten with my designer with my vision and I meet with her tomorrow with my color swatches and she will cut me fabric to make sure my desses match. Ive already purchased some fabrics swatches. so hopefully we can make it up. The I will get the my Dress designer because our dresses are custom. the ladies will discuss dress styles today though

I think you’ve mistaken your bridesmaid for wedding planners. This sounds way to involved; they aren’t supposed to do tasks for you or plan your wedding. They are suppose to support you on one of the most important days of your life.

This is a lot. I’d probably drop out if this is how it started.

Goodness, are you paying them salaries or are they hourly employees? This is WAY too much.

A lot (if not most) of the previous comments were civil and trying to give you honest straight-to-the-point feedback. I don’t think people were trying to put you down or “ruin” your post. If anything, they’re probably trying to save you from possibly offending your bridesmaids. You know they better than strangers on here so maybe they are cool with doing these tasks/duties for you. I think what everyone is trying to tell you though is that it’s not the norm and not what should be expected from your bridesmaids though. You could have easily said “oh, they actually volunteered to help with X, Y, Z that’s why I created a pamphlet/guide on what everyone has asked they can help me with so that we’re all on the same page.” Calling people names really just makes you look bad.

Wedding Wire - why keep deleting her crude comments rather than the whole thread? Kind of misleading. She shouldn’t be allowed to continue harassing people and only having comments deleted.

Am I the only one genuinely curious about how it went today? Maybe OP can give us an update on the 'deligating' at the deli. How did it go?
