They should start ordering dresses 6 months before your wedding. So should be getting ideas and going soon.

I agree with AJ. 6 months is a good timeline to start looking at dresses because some people may want to lose weight before the wedding. This also gives a good timeline of getting things altered. The sooner the better because lots of weddings are going to be happening in 2022 and 2023. So, seamstresses will be getting booked like crazy.
