Should we just go to the liquor store and get a variety of things and they serve themselves...my fiance works in a brewery should we buy a couple of...

My coworker had a similar situation. He and his wife ended up hiring a bartender and they bought the alcohol from a local liquor store and had said bartender serve it. Only problem was that they ran out really quickly. I felt that I had enough to drink though.

We are also filling up some canoes with ice and using those to house a variety of craft beer, wine and pre-mixed cocktails in mason jars. (Yes, we have insurance and everyone is staying at the venue). I bought all of our wine using promo links from various highly rated wine subscriptions online. Averaged about $5.50 per bottle and it's way better than any two-buck chuck. Here are the links if that interests you: $100 off a case at Naked Wines (http://bit.ly/2nbG4dE), free bottle at Winc (https://hi.winc.com/obet60q7fan) and 50% first order at Bright Cellars (https://www.brightcellars.com/?rn=WONDERVIEW).
