Everything is finally happening! I had my Bridal Shower on Saturday and it was a great day! We had about 35-40 guests. Our theme was Brunch and Bubbly!
Food- The food was made by my mom, my sister, my future mother-in-law, and myself. We had Sticky Toffee Pudding, French Toast Casserole, Breakfast Pizza, two kinds of Quiche, Coffee Cake, a Charcuterie Board, three kinds of Mini Muffins, Ham and Cheese Sliders, and Fresh Fruit. For dessert, we had lots of Sugar Cookies.
Drinks- There were drink dispensers with Pink Lemonade and Ice Water. We also set up a Mimosa Bar.
Decor- We used Gray Cheesecloth that we found at Hobby Lobby for the table runners. After everything was set up, we snaked Eucalyptus in as an accent. We also had a slideshow playing on the screen at the venue, a backdrop, and acrylic accents.
Florals- We used this bridal shower as a trial run for florals for my wedding. We ordered White Roses, Antique Garden Roses, Chocolate Dahlias, and Silver Dollar Eucalyptus from Sams Club. After reading a ton of reviews, I finally took the plunge and am so glad I did! There were floral arrangements on each table. We took an assortment of vases from thrift stores and Goodwill and painted them with an acrylic paint and baking soda mixture to make them look ceramic.
