If it’s a brunch-time wedding, I’m ALL IN!!! I love breakfast. If it’s brunch for an evening wedding, as long as it’s not a formal wedding that’s fine too. What yummies will you be having???? 🥓 🍳 🥐 🍾 🍓

Our ceremony is at 12 pm reception 2-5 so technically not brunch but lunch lol. But before we were thinking of having the ceremony at 9am for a brunch reception since it is cheaper at least for our venue then the traditional dinner Smiley smile

Sounds fun! Have a wide variety of breakfast options including coffee/cocoa for those who don't want alcohol that early.

Nice! You could also mimosas instead of open bar to cut cost , that’s what we plan on doing unless you have guest that will drink . There’s a lot of advantages of early weddings Smiley smile

I wanted a brunch wedding but then realized I’d have to get up way early to not look a mess. We settled for 2 pm though. It’s still a full “dinner” because I want people to eat a lot.

Wedding date twins!!! Brunch sounds cool! Your guests will love it! I am doing a normal time wedding because most of my friends are traveling anyway. People can’t wait to take time off and party after all this covid BS!

Makes sense. Here’s how I looked a it. 75% of our guests are traveling - majority of them by plane so even if the wedding was a Saturday, most would be taking Friday off too and making a weekend out of it.. So there’s really no diff in flying in Saturday and taking Monday off to get home. All my friends are grown w kids and honestly can’t wait to get away and take time off work after not going anywhere for a year LOL!

My daughter's wedding was at 11:00 followed by "cocktail hour" (mimosas, coffee/tea bar with pastries) then brunch. It was over by 4:30 which was perfect because so many of their friends were from out of town so they rented a party bus and still had the whole night ahead.
