Just wanted to see if anyone had a recommendation for a venue in northern NJ that would host a brunch ceremony/reception. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer! Congratulations on your engagement!

Have you looked into the WeddingWire venue directory? I have started a search for you here with Northern New Jersey Wedding Venues. You can filter this further to your exact area and wedding date also!

If you do not find what you are looking for, you may think about looking into restaurants in your area that have a separate function room that would be able to host your wedding.

What size guest count are you planning on hosting?

    Hi Jennifer!

Not sure where you are in North Jersey or what kind of vibe you are looking for. I am getting married at Waterloo Village in Stanhope, NJ and they offer brunch weddings! The food is AMAZING - all fresh, farm-to-table and they have some really unique options. Also, they do have a slight discount for brunches which is awesome.

The venue itself is super charming and has so much character. They have two separate spaces for cocktail hour and reception (not sure if you would do a cocktail hour, but I'm sure you'd be able to use both) and the grounds are amazing! They also only do one wedding at a time, which in my opinion is a huge plus.

    Hi Jennifer,

I also recommend reaching out to Waterloo Village in Stanhope, NJ. They are extremely accommodating and offer a brunch that is farm-to-table. Jeffery A. Miller catering provides all the food and it is made by master chefs. Take it from me the food is AMAZING and it is the number one aspect guests who attend events there rave about. They have several ceremony locations such as the secret garden, gazebo, chapel, and much more. They are able to set up the ceremony outside almost anywhere on their beautiful grounds. Waterloo has a very quiet, romantic and rustic feel perfect for adding any of your own small touches or using the decor that is included. There is also accommodations for your guests just around the corner and it is easily accessible from route 80 for anyone traveling. They have some open houses coming up and I highly suggest going there to see the space yourself and to ask any questions you may have.
