Bubble Machine At Ceremony? Confetti?

GoneAndMarried, on September 25, 2014 at 7:58 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Has anyone rented or purchased bubble machines for their ceremony? How has this worked out if so?

Anyone use confetti instead? Where did you buy it? Price?

I am doing bubbles. I bought mini ones on the knot. The machine I fear will be to loud and I hate the feeling of confetti all over me lol

I initially planned on doing little bubble tubes but the last couple of weddings I have been to, the bubbles didn't get opened by the guests in time, or blown quickly enough, for the photographer to get pictures of the bride/groom down the aisle with them

Hoping to do a petal toss, hanging the petal cones on each chair so they will be handy. I may have the photographer cue when to toss on our exit.

As for a bubble machine I would wonder of the noise too and there may be a delay in the bubbles to start as well depending on where you put them. And for confetti what about the confetti poppers? I love those things, of course you would have to hope your guests would play along but would be faster then bubbles.

You two make good points! I didn't even think about noise.

Has anyone had success in finding biodegradable confetti inexpensively?

I've been looking at biodegradable confetti, but haven't had much luck. Smiley sad Hopefully someone else here has though!
