Hi all Jersey brides! SO in the midst of trying to plan a big, rustic barn wedding, we decided that it's just not for us, we're low-key, no fuss kind of people and would so much rather have a super low budget, almost DIY wedding and instead spend the majority of our money on a big honeymoon. We both LOVE to travel and would have so much more fun taking a nice long trip to Europe than blow all of our money on one day.
Anyone else planning the same thing? We're not sure where to start, but we're thinking of having the ceremony at a local park (central NJ here) but not sure on reception, or how much it would actually cost, if it would be worth it, etc. Any and all recommendations and/or tips would be helpful! TIA
