Bumpy road type songs

Idk why our song has been so hard to pick. We met in high school. We've had a bumpy road the last 15 years but always knew we would end up together. I cannot find the right song for life of me. Idk why our song has been so hard to pick. We met in high school. We've had a bumpy road the last 15 years but always knew we would end up together. I cannot find the right song for life of me. Any suggestions besides "God bless the broken road?" (His mom is doing my wish)

Our song has always been Sister Hazel's "All For You". But that is hard to dance to and has some lyrics other ppl won't understand. We're just looking for a good substitute.

Any thoughts?

    Hi!

    So Boyce Avenue has a great cover of "Heaven" by Bryan Adams. We will be walking down the aisle to this song. It is slow enough for a first dance in my opinion.

    One of the first verses is

    "Oh thinking about our younger years. There was only you and me, we were young, wild and free. Now nothing can take you away from me, we've been down that road before, but that's over now. You keep me coming back for more"

    Sounds like a good part for your situation.

    Maybe "The luckiest" by ben folds, if you don't mind crying your eyes out lol. The first line is "I don't get many things right the first time"

    We're doing "Look So Easy" by Eric Church. It's pretty much just about unconditional love and how even through all the hard times they make loving you look so easy. We haven't had many hard times, we actually rarely fight, but we both have personality traits and our own demons that makes things challenging sometimes.
