I ordered my wedding flowers from Bunches Direct to save some money. What a mistake. The flowers appeared to be in good shape upon arrival. We followed the instructions and kept them in water for the 30 or so hours prior to setting up our hall. On our wedding day, 80% of the flowers were perfectly fine, but the white spray roses had browned and were largely unusable.
Here's the thing: Bunches Direct won't do anything about it. Nope. If you don't contact them with a photo within 12 hours of delivery, they do nothing. So if part of your flowers look okay on delivery but don't make it to your wedding without turning brown, you are SOL. Even though they recommend that you order the flowers for delivery 2-3 days before your wedding, so clearly they SHOULD last that long. But no, if you get to your wedding day and they are brown, droopy, and unusable, that's just too bad.
Luckily these were only part of a larger order and we were able to work around the fact that we couldn't use them. But it's not what you want to deal with on your wedding day.
