Anyone else doing burgundy color in the spring? How are you making it more lively? I have burgundy and dark gray and I want some splashes of other colors to make it more.... springy lol.

These are the flowers we are doing, I figure the white flowers and eucalyptus will brighten it up a bit but we’re also trying to be minimal with centerpieces

My wedding is early June so still spring but almost summer. my colors are

    Blush Pink

(bridesmaids dress, flowers, groomsmen's tuxes, cake, etc.)

    Ivory/white

(table cloths, my dress, groom & men shirts, flowers, candles, & cake)

    Grey

    (Tuxes)

    Brown/Wood

(wooden flower boxes, wooden card box, wooden sign, table numbers, guest book, cake stand, venue)

    Green

(tons of greenery in flowers & green in the venue)

    Rose Gold

    (jewelry)

    Burgundy

    (accent flowers, father's ties, & FMIL's dress)

Although burgundy and grey are both is my spring/summer color scheme, I am using as little of either as possible. I keep wanting to trade both out for Navy, but that would mean switching the suit colors again and I just really do not want to do that. lol Just don't over whelm with really dark décor and it won't be bad, or do and own it. either way, no one is going to walk in to your wedding and say "oh this is more of a fall color scheme"

These are going to be my spring 2020 wedding colors also, but I didnt think to use the grey. I guess I can use it in the groom's attire as well as our 2 son's attire. We are going very small, no bridal party, only immediate family and friends!

See I love the navy, but FH hates it so that got vetoed and I am not a pink person so blush is out. we have the girls in burgundy, guys in the lighter gray and our tables are ivory tables, burgundy napkins, and black little lanterns with ivory pearls

This is what we are thinking for the wedding. I’ve also added a pic of the venue but we’ll be doing gold lighting instead of purple
