Bustle before and after photos

Here is a better picture. Our dancing was after cocktail hour and a 2 hour dinner so my dress was falling and a bit dirty by this point. My dress was extremely heavy and beaded though!

View Quoted Comment I have no clue! It’s 3 layers that are bustled separately and more than 10 points (I can’t remember exactly how many) my seamstress didn’t really give me an option of types of bustles she just did what would work best for such a long and heavy train.

I would if I had my pictures back!

I had a 7 point bustle. 3 in the back, 1 on each side then two in the front. After they hemmed it I voiced concerned about how long it still looked even with my boots on and was afraid that during our first dance (called a triple step but similar to the country two step) husband would be stepping on it. The lady doing the work said if they hemmed it any further then you could see my boots when I were to walk around.

We comprised and did the front and side bustles to lift it up a little more during the reception dancing. I don't know the name of the bustle style she used but it looked great. There was ivory/clear buttons then a thread that looped around the button twice and was an over the dress like a pp's pictures. Although it was great looking it took me and 3 other people to get it bustled. lol.

I had a 12-point French bustle. I had a lot of layers.

I had a small train, but my seamstress did a 7 (i think it was 7...) point French bustle. Loved the look, but it was difficult to bustle. I had two bridesmaids help bustle it during cocktail hour

No bustle vs. bustle for me. No idea what "kind" it is. It was just what made the most sense for the dress I chose and it was simple for my bridesmaids to do - which was key!

Mine was a 5 point ballroom bustle. LOVED IT!

I would think over/ american bustle. Wow the bustle looks seamless with the dress and the "texture" (not sure if that's the right word) of the skirt is amazing!
