Buy my Wedding dress online?!?!

Ginger, on August 5, 2021 at 2:55 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 9
So I've been doing the pinterest and online looking since I got engaged a little while back. So many links to websites that sell wedding dresses. And so pretty, They are even mostly significantly under budget for me. I'm just still nervous to order a dress online , dont know what site is best, ANY of you all got your dress online??

Be aware that many are scam sites. Azazie and Cocomelody are legit

I agree with Michelle, beware of scam sites, Honestly if the price is too good to be true, it probably is.

I agree with Azazie and Cocomelody. I got my previous dress from Stillwhite. It's a resale but not all dresses have been used. The one I had was brand new/tag still attached and unaltered. Unless you don't mind pre-owned dresses. If you don't, you can also check preownedweddingdresses.com as well. Good luck!

If you order from Etsy, read the reviews carefully... But Etsy sellers with lots of positive reviews are legit and often offer wonderful dresses made to your measurements.

I got my dress online and could not be happier. I was incredibly nervous about it though. My advice would be to go in person to try on a similar style dress (even if it's over budget) to make sure the style you're looking at looks good on you.

In terms of finding a legit website to buy from, check for the following:

    - There is a physical address and phone number on the website

-there are a lot of reviews that include photos

    - It is being shipped from the same country in which you are located

    - They have a return policy

    - Some even offer a "try before you buy" option for a small fee which is a definite plus!!

If you are into bohemian/romantic styles, I bought my dress from Queen Gowns (https://queengowns.com/). I found them on Etsy and ordered directly from their website. I had to return the dress once, and then the 2nd time I had them make it to my measurements and now it's perfect. Everything was super easy.

I bought a custom skirt and basically wasted $200. It was well-made but looked nothing like the photo inspiration I sent. I finally found a gorgeous skirt at a bridal shop (to go with the bridal bodysuit I bought in another store).

I got mine from Azazie for $200 and they do custom sizing if you get your measurements to them
