Buying vs Diy

I been looking for things to do myself because of the budget, like the centerpieces. So i want to know your opinion on what to buy and what to diy, also i been checking like facebook’s post in the market place, not sure if its a good idea but i am willing to buy other’s people’s wedding items. I think it benefits everyone. Please comment on that idea, thanks!
