Looking to get married in Florida at either an intimate private home, Airbnb, estate or private boutique resort to host 100 person wedding that offers outside catering. Something that is waterfront for the ceremony and is near by a hotel for our guests to stay. Any recommendations??

I imagine it will be hard to find a private residence to host 100 people. I have heard that air bnb can cancel last minute so be warned if you go that route.
